Senior QA Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement test plans and test cases for web, mobile, and desktop applications.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.

• Design, maintain, and execute automated test scripts utilizing Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, Playwright, Pytest, or similar tools.

• Identify, document, and monitor defects within a bug-tracking system.

• Collaborate closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

• Apply best practices in testing and quality assurance.

• Continuously enhance testing processes and automation strategies.

• Work together with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Conduct back-end testing to verify APIs, server-side components, and responses.

• Contribute to the development of high-quality software products and solutions that meet client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, Postman, Cypress, or equivalent.

• Strong comprehension of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.

• Experience with test case management tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar applications.

• Familiarity with scripting languages including Python, Java, or JavaScript for test automation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git, or similar (preferred).

• Knowledge of cloud-based testing platforms (preferred).

• Experience in API testing and security testing (preferred).

• ISTQB or other relevant certifications (preferred).
