Senior Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +32 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide support for projects and coordinate administrative tasks across various initiatives.

• Serve as a proactive team member, effectively balancing both strategic and operational duties.

• Assist in patient engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies for clinical trials, mainly focusing on Oncology and Cardiology.

• Work collaboratively with internal cross-functional teams to facilitate study execution and achieve project goals.

• Contribute to process enhancements and actively drive project initiatives forward with a sense of ownership and accountability.

• Utilize AI tools and automation solutions to boost team efficiency and aid project-related tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of pertinent experience in clinical research, project coordination, or similar roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, or a related discipline.

• Experience within a pharmaceutical company, CRO, or a comparable clinical research setting.

• Therapeutic area expertise, ideally in Oncology and/or Cardiology.

• Preference for candidates with experience in utilizing AI tools or developing AI agents/automations.

• Strong skills in organization, communication, and stakeholder management.

• Equivalent experience, skills, and/or education may be taken into account.
