Senior Project Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage project plans, flow diagrams, and reporting.

• Coordinate scheduling with internal business stakeholders, key stakeholders, vendors, and project managers.

• Act as the central project control throughout the entire project life cycle.

• Generate reports based on documentation processing, archiving, and current status.

• Utilize reporting and tracking standards to assess project performance.

• Identify potential challenges and areas for enhancement, communicating findings to the relevant parties.

• Prepare, review, and uphold project-related documentation.

• Keep the internal project management site updated with current project information and performance metrics.

• Execute operational and administrative tasks to ensure project success.

• Monitor progress to identify project requirements and strategic objectives.

• Resolve escalated issues effectively.

• Act as a leader or resource for less experienced team members within the workgroup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with 1 year of experience OR a High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent with 5 years of experience in Project Management.

• Proven experience in creating and maintaining project plans, flow diagrams, and reporting.

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with internal business stakeholders, key stakeholders, vendors, and project managers.

• Experience in generating reports based on documentation processing, archiving, and status updates.

• Proficient in using reporting and tracking standards to evaluate project performance.

• Experience in preparing, reviewing, and maintaining project-related documentation.

• Familiarity with maintaining an internal project management site.

• Experience in executing operational and administrative tasks related to project management.

• Preferred: Currently a contractor or contingent worker for First Citizens Bank.
