Senior Project Manager, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Lead the establishment of OKR definitions, alignment of initiatives, inputs for prioritization, key-date calendars, and provide final executive presentations for quarterly planning.

• Take ownership of consolidated metrics, status updates, leadership review documentation, integration of weekly engineering reports, and tracking of status, risks, and dependencies.

• Establish and uphold ClickUp as the definitive source of information across all teams.

• Define and uphold experimentation guidelines throughout the teams.

• Design and implement AI-driven process enhancements and automations, including at least two significant AI operational upgrades.

• Coordinate intricate multi-team programs such as AI security policies, compliance visibility, and change management initiatives.

• Continuously refine the planning process to ensure it remains integrated, lightweight, and aligned with real-time execution.

• Collaborate closely with the VP of Consumer Payments and partner with leaders in product, engineering, design, and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in program and project management within dynamic tech or fintech settings.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end planning cycles, mapping dependencies, and mitigating risks.

• Extensive experience in designing and executing organizational operating rhythms, including OKRs, quarterly planning, offsite meetings, and weekly executive reviews.

• Professional proficiency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.

• Demonstrated capability to utilize AI tools and automations to streamline workflows, eliminate manual status reporting, and enhance operational efficiency.

• Ability to align cross-functional leaders in Product, Engineering, Design, Compliance, and C-suite without the reliance on formal authority.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a clear and structured approach to presenting complex updates to leadership.

• Extensive familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, Asana, Google Sheets, and executive dashboards.

• Strong prioritization skills and sound judgment in ambiguous situations, coupled with a relentless commitment to follow-through and operational predictability.

• Equivalent qualifications in any of the above areas will also be considered.
