Senior Project Manager, Platform Professional Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from pre-kickoff to completion, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality delivery.

• Develop and oversee project plans, resource allocation strategies, and timelines.

• Create project documentation and materials to establish a robust project management practice.

• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, collect project information, and provide status updates.

• Lead and direct technical personnel, including engineers and consultants.

• Identify and address project risks, issues, and dependencies, and formulate contingency plans.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, such as plans, status reports, and meeting notes.

• Work alongside sales, product, support, technical, and customer stakeholders.

• Ensure that project delivery adheres to industry best practices and offers top-notch client services.

• Conduct post-implementation evaluations and implement enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in managing IT projects, particularly within the security sector.

• In-depth understanding of SIEM solutions, encompassing their architecture, functionality, and deployment.

• Demonstrated experience in managing projects using established methodologies, including both waterfall and Agile approaches.

• Exceptional project management abilities, including planning, risk assessment, and team leadership.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, technical teams, and internal stakeholders.

• Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple projects and deadlines.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to recognize and address project risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in leveraging AI technologies to improve decision-making, streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency to drive business success.

• Experience with SIEM solutions such as Splunk, IBM QRadar, Exabeam, or LogRhythm.

• Certification in project management, such as PMP.

• Experience with cloud-based SIEM solutions.
