
Senior Project Manager β Medical Communications

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Oversee multiple client accounts and project workstreams concurrently, ensuring timely delivery of projects within defined scope and budgetary constraints.
β’ Create and maintain project timelines, status updates, hot sheets, Statements of Work (SOWs), and documentation for financial tracking.
β’ Direct activities related to publication project management, including manuscripts, abstracts, and posters, ensuring compliance with publication schedules, author review cycles, journal submission protocols, and Good Publication Practice (GPP) standards.
β’ Manage advisory board programs from start to finish, which includes planning, logistics, preparation of briefing materials, execution of meetings, and post-meeting reporting.
β’ Supervise the delivery of medical communications materials, such as slide presentations, training content, and medical education resources.
β’ Administer project budgets, resource distribution, and cross-functional teams across a variety of programs.
β’ Assist and streamline MLR review processes to ensure compliance is maintained and client review cycles progress smoothly.
β’ Recognize, communicate, and proactively address project risks, alterations in scope, and delivery challenges.
β’ 4 to 6 years of experience in project management within a medical communications agency or a related healthcare or pharmaceutical setting.
β’ Extensive experience in managing publications programs, advisory boards, and medical communication deliverables.
β’ Proven expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and financial oversight.
β’ Familiarity with pharmaceutical compliance regulations, including MLR review processes.
β’ Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with a capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic agency environment.
β’ Fully remote working arrangement.
