Multimedia Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete lifecycle of multimedia localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with client specifications.

• Collaborate with diverse teams, including translators, subtitle editors, adapters, audio engineers, voice talents, and video editors.

• Engage with clients to understand their requirements, clarify expectations, and maintain open communication throughout each project.

• Identify potential risks, establish contingency plans, and ensure seamless project execution.

• Assist in the onboarding and training of new personnel in multimedia workflows and tools.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and AI tools related to multimedia localization.

• Monitor and evaluate project KPIs to contribute to ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Translation, Interpretation, Audiovisual Communication, or a related field).

• At least two years of project management experience in the multimedia, localization, dubbing, or post-production sector.

• Comprehensive understanding of multimedia workflows, particularly in dubbing and adaptation processes.

• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.

• Proficiency in English is essential.

• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with Subtitle Edit is a plus.

• Experience with multimedia tools such as ElevenLabs, Adobe Premiere, or similar is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Gmail tools, and project management systems.

• Solution-oriented mindset: proactive, innovative, adaptable, resilient, and attentive to the needs of both internal and external clients.

• Must be available to work remotely in LATAM or European time zones, Monday through Friday.
