Senior Project Manager – Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete delivery process of ongoing digital retainers, website maintenance tasks, and content-driven SEO/GEO initiatives.

• Act as the main operational liaison for client stakeholders.

• Manage expectations, deliverables, timelines, and daily communication.

• Coordinate efforts among developers, designers, content experts, and digital strategists.

• Direct project planning, prioritize backlogs, coordinate deliveries, and conduct status meetings.

• Implement Agile or equivalent methodologies where applicable.

• Track budgets, resource allocation, team capacity, and delivery performance.

• Oversee project scope, handle change requests, manage dependencies, and mitigate delivery risks.

• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams to ensure deliverables align with client requirements and quality standards.

• Keep project documentation, progress reports, and delivery visibility updated using project management and collaboration tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in managing digital projects within a digital agency, technology consultancy, or digital product delivery setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing client-facing websites, digital content, or similar digital delivery projects.

• Proven ability to independently oversee project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in budget tracking, resource and capacity planning, scope and change management, and delivery risk management.

• Strong skills in project planning, prioritization, and organization.

• Hands-on experience with Agile or similar project delivery methodologies.

• Proficient in Jira, Confluence, Asana, or equivalent tools.

• Advanced English communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Experience in managing client stakeholders and communicating project status, risks, dependencies, and expectations.

• Capability to coordinate multidisciplinary remote or hybrid teams under tight deadlines.

• Must be based in LATAM.

• Required availability to work from 09:00 to 18:00 KSA time.

• Must be comfortable maintaining this schedule consistently.

• Professional fluency in Arabic is an advantage.

• PMP, CSM, Agile PM, or similar project management certification is a plus.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms and website delivery workflows is advantageous.
