This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Oversee comprehensive quantitative research projects, from initiation to the delivery of raw data sets (analysis is not included).
• Thoroughly comprehend client goals to create customized research solutions.
• Clearly articulate client requirements to both internal and external teams.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the kick-off, questionnaire design, fieldwork, and delivery phases.
• Proactively monitor project progress and provide timely updates to clients.
• Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and promote long-term retention.
• Facilitate client onboarding on the Potloc Platform to improve their experience and efficiency.
• Contribute to enhancements in processes and products by proposing new features and workflows.
• Collaborate with a diverse international team of 20 Project Managers.
• 7–12 years of experience as a Project Manager within the Market Research sector.
• Demonstrated capability to handle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively.
• Solid understanding of sampling methodologies (e.g., CATI, CAWI).
• Experience in designing questionnaires (both creation and optimization).
• Highly self-sufficient, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Strong judgment with a proven history of resolving challenges swiftly and effectively.
• Proficient in managing multiple complex projects simultaneously across different stages of the customer journey.
• Capable of performing under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Experience working with consulting and private equity firms is advantageous.
• Must be available during North American working hours, including occasional weekends as needed for projects.
• Must be able to work North America hours; currently, no positions are available for EMEA time zones.
