Senior Project Manager – Full Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Assist delivery teams with daily administrative and project management responsibilities.

• Oversee multiple tasks across a high volume of projects.

• Independently manage complex projects while proactively addressing issues.

• Collaborate with end clients and internal cross-functional teams to support project operations and delivery.

• Oversee the entire delivery process for risk-free projects.

• Handle top-up and competitor client quoting, as well as the delivery of secured opportunities.

• Evaluate survey questionnaires against project specifications and provide consultation on best practices.

• Outline project plans, timelines, necessary resources, and identify potential obstacles.

• Execute basic scripting and programming tasks as needed.

• Update project specifications within statements of work.

• Assist in managing and fulfilling sample and quota requirements.

• Track field progress, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.

• Conduct data and quality assurance evaluations.

• Generate relevant data and reports.

• Proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders.

• Safeguard the consumer experience while ensuring adherence to best practices.

• Document and refresh comprehensive project briefs and specifications in Salesforce.

• Create and revise daily progress reports and solutions.

• Ensure project details are recorded in compliance with necessary accreditations and policies.
