Senior Project Manager – Financial Services

📋 Description

• Oversee banking projects aimed at deploying online banking solutions.

• Direct multiple project teams and manage extensive programs.

• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to establish long-term program strategies.

• Organize and lead client workshops and project discussions.

• Identify, evaluate, and address project and program risks.

• Manage project modifications, reduce disruptions, and adapt plans as needed.

• Resolve project challenges and ensure successful outcomes.

• Mentor and coach team members in Scrum and Agile practices.

• Analyze project data to inform strategic decisions.

• Promote process enhancements and drive organizational change.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–8 years of pertinent project management experience.

• Demonstrated experience in the financial services or banking industry.

• Background working in startup or scaleup environments.

• In-depth knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

• Experience managing multiple teams, projects, or large-scale programs.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to design and facilitate client workshops.

• Strong skills in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools.

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, uncertain, and evolving environments.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Experience in Agile coaching is an advantage.
