This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Lead the strategic planning and execution of Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals.
• Manage project activities, including establishing deadlines, assigning tasks, tracking project plans, and upholding governance and standards.
• Monitor project progress against objectives and timelines, making necessary adjustments as required.
• Recognize project overlaps and interconnections to maintain program momentum.
• Coordinate team activities, inspire team members, and address conflicts effectively.
• Collaborate with System Implementers, uphold standards, and drive accountability within the team.
• Allocate resources for projects and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Determine project resource needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project updates, organize presentations, and handle project discrepancies.
• Provide reports detailing project issues, resolutions, and suggestions for improvement.
• Collect regular status updates from the project team to ensure transparency.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, ensuring that objectives and responsibilities are clearly documented and approved.
• Facilitate core team meetings to discuss program issues, risks, and progress updates.
• Identify and eliminate performance bottlenecks, proactively addressing issues and developing strategic plans to tackle challenges.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, IT).
• Demonstrated experience in managing Oracle Cloud transformation projects or similar large-scale ERP initiatives.
• Strong grasp of project management methodologies and tools.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively manage stakeholder relationships.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, creating a collaborative working environment.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset in overcoming challenges.
• Capability to organize and articulate thoughts clearly.
• Quick learner with the ability to execute tactical tasks while thinking strategically.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management certification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States without requiring employer sponsorship.
