Senior Project Manager, Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Guide and motivate cross-functional teams through intricate innovation projects.

• Manage several high-impact initiatives while ensuring alignment, strategic prioritization, and prompt decision-making.

• Develop strategic project frameworks and actively identify risks and bottlenecks.

• Foster accountability across teams and escalate issues to leadership as needed.

• Conduct high-level cross-functional project meetings.

• Create, enhance, and manage project timelines using Monday.com.

• Supervise end-to-end project performance through documentation, risk modeling, and mitigation strategies.

• Facilitate collaboration regarding objectives, decision pathways, and commercialization requirements.

• Oversee project scope, budgets, and resource allocation.

• Mentor and coach project managers and commercialization team members.

• Assist projects through the Stage-Gate process and ensure compliance with gates and deliverables.

• Collaborate with the Innovation Director on gate reviews, presentations, notes, and approval documentation.

• Enable stakeholder alignment and decision-making at each stage gate.

• Deliver Stage-Gate and commercialization training to new team members.

• Execute post-launch evaluations and promote continuous improvement.

• Encourage collaboration across product development, marketing, manufacturing, planning, inventory, fulfillment, BAT, sales, and finance.

• Act as a senior liaison between project teams and leadership.

• Obtain resources and prioritize tasks across teams.

• Analyze project data to uncover trends, productivity opportunities, and systemic enhancements.

• Advocate for learning, cross-training, process optimization, and commercialization discipline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related discipline.

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector.

• Demonstrated capability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with significant ambiguity and visibility.

• Proficient in project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and strategic prioritization.

• Exceptional organizational abilities with a talent for managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.

• Skilled in using project management software and collaborative tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a meticulous eye for detail.

• Outstanding communicator with a strong executive presence and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment by cultivating relationships, driving alignment, fostering collaboration, and achieving results with diverse teams.

• PMP certification or equivalent is advantageous.

• Experience in managing people is preferred.

• Previous experience in a remote project management capacity is preferred.

• Must reside in the United States.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
