This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan and execute field activities on the primary side of steam generators, which includes Eddy Current Testing, tube repair, and vessel cover closure services.

• Ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule and within financial constraints, aligning work with customer site outage timelines.

• Collaborate with the Product Line to execute projects in accordance with the originally proposed budget and timeline.

• Complete all necessary documentation as outlined by the Global Project Excellence Program (GPEX).

• Lead and take part in essential meetings, such as Challenge Reviews.

• Address complex or distinctive field service challenges and devise action plans or solutions.

• Oversee significant field services projects.

• Organize, direct, and coordinate technical service activities either in the field or at the base site.

• Provide performance evaluations to team members and management.

• Prepare comprehensive reports for field services and design engineering management concerning equipment and system defects, as well as installation or operational issues.

• Conduct project planning, which includes formulating detailed procedures and scheduling personnel/equipment.

• Update both internal and external personnel on work progress and provide recommendations.

• Instruct, train, and mentor personnel in technical projects and activities.

• Identify and support opportunities for business growth and present recommendations to management.

• Offer expertise in engineering disciplines to peers, vendors, and customers.

• Serve as the lead technical problem solver when necessary.

• Develop and present updates on status, problem resolution, or related business products.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field, or equivalent non-degreed technical experience in an industrial setting.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in project management, process engineering, process operations, P&IDs, controls systems engineering operations, or product line implementation.

• Capability to obtain and retain unescorted access privileges to licensed nuclear power plants.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time, including internationally.
