Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee deployments and significant enhancement initiatives for Prime Sapio Sciences.

• Take ownership of deployment success from the initiation of the project to its go-live phase.

• Manage various projects simultaneously and coordinate teams to ensure they remain on schedule.

• Provide guidance to clients on best practices related to Sapio Sciences.

• Adhere to Sapio Sciences' agile deployment methodology while maintaining consistent communication with customers.

• Create comprehensive project plans that meet timelines, budgets, quality standards, and success criteria.

• Assess progress against established plans and execute corrective action plans as needed.

• Prepare Sapio teams prior to deployments and ensure professional engagement with customers.

• Collaborate with the Head of Programs to coordinate the allocation of internal resources.

• Record customer feedback and ensure that any issues are promptly addressed.

• Develop scalable processes and methodologies across the Customer Success PM organization in collaboration with the global PM team.

• Manage all documentation related to project management and deployment services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager.

• Background in Life Sciences, preferably within a LIMS or ELN software setting.

• Significant experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success.

• Proven ability to plan and facilitate external client workshops and document project plans effectively.

• BS/BA degree or equivalent in a Life Science field is preferred.

• Self-motivated individual eager to learn from foundational principles.

• Natural problem solver with excellent communication skills.

• Determined, persistent, customer-focused, and approachable.

• Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and the capacity to meet deadlines accurately.

• Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and investigative skills.

• Experience with business change and transformation, along with the capability to advise on best practices.

• Excellent listening and presentation abilities.

• Effective time management and prioritization skills.

• Competent computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and CRM applications.

• Proven track record of working responsibly and efficiently from a home office.

• Willingness to travel to client locations within Europe.

• Agile Project Management certification or relevant demonstrable experience is preferred.
