Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Lead extensive and intricate HRTech transformation programs involving multiple vendors, integration partners, and both onshore and offshore delivery teams.

• Establish governance structures, frameworks, and reporting schedules across various workstreams.

• Manage relationships with C-suite executives and senior leadership within both client organizations and RA.

• Present to steering committees and facilitate decision-making at the program level.

• Identify program-level risks and devise robust mitigation strategies at the enterprise level.

• Take ownership of program-level cutover decisions and go/no-go assessments.

• Lead responses to critical issues within the program through effective escalation processes.

• Mentor Project Managers, set team KPIs, perform performance evaluations, create development plans, and enhance PMO capabilities.

• Oversee delivery margins, resource allocation, and scope risk throughout the program.

• Contribute to RA’s delivery frameworks and intellectual assets.

• Promote continuous enhancement of PMO standards and practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in leading programs that encompass multiple workstreams, integration partners, third-party vendors, and both onshore and offshore teams.

• Demonstrated ability to manage C-suite client relationships and influence program decisions in steering committee settings.

• Experience in overseeing delivery margins, resource management, and scope risk across a program.

• Capability in establishing escalation protocols, handling program cutover and go/no-go decisions, and managing high-pressure program situations.

• Proficiency in structured implementation methodologies (e.g., SAP Activate or similar) and agile/sprint-based delivery at a program scale.

• A track record of building and nurturing high-performing project management teams and enhancing their capabilities.

• 10–15 years of project and program management experience in large-scale HRTech or enterprise transformations from the implementation partner/system integrator perspective.

• Proven experience in managing multi-workstream programs.

• Experience with large-scale SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle program delivery, with a preference for SuccessFactors.

• Authentic experience in implementation partner delivery, including management of financials and client outcomes.

• MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, or similar program certification is valued but not mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is advantageous; equivalent senior delivery experience will be considered.
