📋 Description

• Take ownership of delivery planning and execution for the client's data strategy and analytics team, encompassing scope, roadmap, milestones, dependencies, and risks.

• Transform business priorities from client stakeholders into a prioritized backlog and clear tasks for the team, ensuring alignment as priorities evolve.

• Establish trust with client leaders through transparent communication, proactive risk reporting, and dependable follow-through.

• Facilitate planning, review, and retrospective ceremonies while keeping progress visible through regular status updates to both the client and Pyyne.

• Identify blockers and cross-team dependencies promptly, escalating them with potential solutions and recommendations.

• Manage scope, expectations, and change requests in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Represent Pyyne in client meetings and identify opportunities for expanding engagement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in technical project or delivery management.

• Proven experience in building trust with senior business stakeholders in client-facing or consulting roles.

• Experience in Agile delivery methodologies and managing backlogs, roadmaps, and status reporting for technical teams.

• Solid understanding of data and analytics concepts, such as data pipelines, reporting, and dashboards, sufficient to plan work and question estimates.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, essential for daily collaboration with client stakeholders.

• Previous experience as a consultant or as part of client teams through staff augmentation is advantageous.

• Experience in managing data or data platform teams, or involvement with data strategy, governance, or BI initiatives is a plus.

• Project management or Agile certifications, such as PMP or CSM, are desirable.

• Familiarity with retail, e-commerce, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.

• Experience in managing delivery for distributed teams across various time zones is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required.

• Candidates must be based remotely in Brazil or in the Buenos Aires metro area in Argentina.
