Working Student – Project Management, Finance & Controlling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in project management initiatives

• Develop budgets and invoices for projects utilizing SAP

• Aid in establishing customer and supplier accounts within SAP

• Work collaboratively with Group Controlling, Accounting, and other departments in the Serviceplan Group

• Oversee ongoing billing processes and maintain the rolling forecast

• Generate Excel reports, including job-time reports and project-specific revenue and cost assessments

• Possess a strong analytical and entrepreneurial mindset

• Proficient in Excel, demonstrating a passion for numbers and report generation

• Display a structured, results-driven, and independent working approach

• Exhibit excellent communication abilities

• Quick to learn with a high level of energy and a strong sense of autonomy

• Keen interest in enhancing internal processes and structures

• Enjoy engaging in project management

• No prior professional experience necessary
