Associate Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Deliver high-level administrative assistance to operations, administration, and management for commercial real estate initiatives.

• Hold direct responsibility for the successful delivery of projects.

• Prepare necessary documentation, issue commitments, and generate reports.

• Oversee smaller projects under the guidance of an experienced Project Manager or leader.

• Support the Pre-Construction Manager with pre-construction tasks.

• Aid in project administration, vendor management, and coordination efforts.

• Monitor and report on progress, log deliverables, and recognize or escalate readiness issues and discrepancies.

• Foster communication among vendors and project teams.

• Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and meeting coordination.

• Assist in preparing and processing client funding requests and vendor proposals with support from the Project Manager.

• Prepare and submit Scoping ARs.

• Create and input initial project schedules.

• Receive AOR proposals and issue initial purchase orders.

• Coordinate and follow up with project teams.

• Track and verify agreements, legal requests, and important deadlines as the primary real estate contact.

• Provide regular and ad hoc reporting as needed.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) from a recognized College or University, or equivalent relevant experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite at an intermediate level.

• Ability to interpret and understand architectural drawings.

• Familiarity with MS Project is advantageous.

• Preferred knowledge of leases, contracts, and construction practices.

• PMP certification (US and/or Canada) is preferred.

• LEED AP certification is also preferred.

• Capability to perform each task satisfactorily.
