Working Student – Project Management, Finance & Controlling

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in project management by creating, budgeting, and finalizing projects within SAP.

• Aid in establishing customer and supplier records in SAP.

• Work collaboratively with various departments throughout the Serviceplan Group, including Group Controlling and Accounting.

• Oversee ongoing billing procedures and the rolling forecast.

• Generate Excel reports, including job-time reports and project-specific revenue and cost analyses.

• No previous professional experience necessary.

• Quick to learn with a high level of energy, strong independence, excellent communication abilities, and a good sense of humor.

• Proficient in Excel, with a keen interest in numbers and report preparation.

• Analytical mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

• Eager to improve internal processes and structures.
