Senior Project Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee high-impact strategic programs and transformation initiatives from inception to delivery.

• Develop and sustain detailed project plans that align with business priorities, timelines, resources, and desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with executive stakeholders to achieve measurable business value.

• Establish structured governance frameworks for effective decision-making and program transparency.

• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and challenges while implementing solutions.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams across various workstreams.

• Evaluate program performance through metrics, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts.

• Facilitate organizational change and the adoption of new processes, systems, and methodologies.

• Optimize workflows, increase efficiency, and instill best practices.

• Ensure quality delivery while balancing stakeholder expectations, strategic priorities, and business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive background in leading complex projects, programs, or transformation initiatives within fast-paced environments.

• Proven experience in consulting, strategy, operations, or business transformation.

• Strong expertise in program governance, execution planning, stakeholder engagement, and business operations.

• Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders and executive stakeholders.

• In-depth knowledge of project delivery frameworks, including Agile, Scrum, Lean, Kanban, Design Thinking, and Waterfall methodologies.

• Proficiency in using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Wrike, Jira, Confluence, Asana, or similar platforms.

• Exceptional problem-solving, critical-thinking, and decision-making abilities.

• Strong financial and budget management skills.

• Experience in leading organizational change and successfully driving the adoption of new initiatives.

• Ability to build trusted relationships, navigate complexity, and achieve results through collaboration.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• Must possess valid authorization to work in the United States.
