Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the deployment of SVX devices, ensuring Bluetooth/LTE connectivity with APX smart radios and V700/M500 in-vehicle systems.

• Supervise the execution of Assist AI workflows, which includes Assisted Narrative, automated redaction, and ViQi voice-command integration.

• Act as the main liaison between Engineering, Product, and customers.

• Oversee intricate, multi-site programs that integrate LMR voice, LTE data, video evidence, and AI-driven analytics.

• Ensure delivery of contractual obligations on time and within budget.

• Influence cross-functional teams in Sales, Engineering, and Product for a unified ecosystem delivery.

• Assist agencies in transitioning from standalone BWC/RSM devices to the integrated SVX platform.

• Administer program budgets, forecasting, resource distribution, and project profitability.

• Mitigate risks associated with SaaS/DEMS cloud migration and hardware refresh cycles.

• Utilize project management tools such as critical path analysis, change orders, and action item logs.

• Travel 50%-75% as required to meet business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma, Bachelor's degree, and a minimum of 4 years of Project/Program Management experience in Telecommunications, Video Security, or Public Safety Technology.

• PMP Certification is mandatory.

• Must be able to secure a background clearance as required by our government clients.

• Experience in customer-facing Project Management roles.

• Over 4 years of experience in a Project or Program Management setting.

• Ability to develop or possess a thorough understanding of Body-Worn Camera (BWC) workflows and Digital Evidence Management Systems (DEMS).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted software (such as transcription, object detection, or NLP) is strongly preferred.

• Awareness of PMBOK or PRINCE2 standards.

• Strong negotiation capabilities.

• Knowledge of wireless/LTE infrastructure and policies concerning retention and chain of custody.

• Exceptional ability to articulate complex ecosystem strategies to Police Chiefs, City Councils, and internal Executive leadership.

• Willingness to travel 50%-75% due to business requirements.

• Ability to work effectively with general guidance.
