Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of intricate, high-value client projects across various workstreams.

• Act as the primary delivery lead for accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, financial performance, delivery excellence, and team growth.

• Convert client goals into organized, quantifiable programs.

• Set up governance structures, delivery schedules, RAID management, and reporting frameworks.

• Oversee timelines, interdependencies, risks, quality assurance, budgets, and the overall health of the program.

• Manage account P&L, which includes budget forecasting, margin oversight, revenue acknowledgment, and handling change requests.

• Serve as the main delivery contact for clients, fostering relationships with senior stakeholders.

• Lead and coordinate delivery teams that are globally distributed.

• Mentor and develop Project Managers and junior team members.

• Contribute delivery insights to RFPs, proposals, and pitches while identifying opportunities for account growth.

• Leverage AI tools, dashboards, and project data to enhance reporting, efficiency, and decision-making.

• Continuously refine delivery processes, tools, governance, and working methodologies.

• Proven experience in managing complex client engagements and leading delivery teams.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.

• Ability to translate client needs into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

• Experience with financial management, including P&L accountability and budget oversight.

• Familiarity with AI tools and project management software.
