📋 Description

• Oversee and direct projects, ensuring effective execution and achievement of project goals.

• Handle daily project and program management tasks.

• Assist the team in delivering high-quality results.

• Create and implement project plans aimed at meeting project objectives.

• Lead interdisciplinary teams to carry out project activities.

• Work closely with stakeholders to determine project needs and outline project scope.

• Mentor and support team members.

• Champion the creation of project documentation and reports for stakeholders.

• Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies, incorporating best practices into project management approaches.

• Contribute to the organization's growth through effective project leadership and strategic planning initiatives.

• Provide oversight for vendor activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific or healthcare-related field.

• Significant experience in global project management, with a demonstrated history of leading successful projects in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors.

• Strong expertise in project management tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven leadership capabilities, with experience in effectively managing and mentoring teams.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences.

• Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Willingness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
