Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of customer implementation projects from start to finish.

• Facilitate solution definition, resource distribution, project guidance, team development, budget oversight, issue resolution, and risk management.

• Organize, lead, and manage projects and associated personnel utilizing project methodologies and tools.

• Conduct team and client meetings while ensuring timely follow-ups and accountability.

• Create and oversee project plans that encompass objectives, strategies, staffing, and timelines.

• Develop and maintain detailed project documentation.

• Design solutions and address conflicts as the first point of escalation.

• Oversee the delivery of solutions that align with anticipated customer business value.

• Manage client expectations and daily interactions.

• Identify and mitigate risks while providing timely updates to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate professional services delivery and advocate for future software and service opportunities.

• Mentor team members and contribute to the team's repository of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

• Strong experience in industry verticals or solution areas, including ECM or other relevant solution implementations.

• Excellent oral and written communication, facilitation, and project management skills.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office applications, including MS Project and Visio.

• Familiarity with program/project management software.

• Experience in providing guidance, mentorship, and support to developing team members within a professional services context.

• Ability to navigate change and manage risk and uncertainty in a fast-paced environment.

• Capability to drive projects to completion with minimal supervision.

• Ability to cultivate and maintain strategic working relationships and act as a trusted advisor.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% annually, with flexibility for additional travel as needed.
