Senior Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee intricate cross-functional initiatives that align with the strategic objectives of Enterprise Bank & Trust.

• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and adhere to regulatory and risk standards.

• Coordinate with stakeholders, set deadlines, assign tasks, monitor progress, provide management updates, and finalize projects within budget and scope.

• Manage the entire project lifecycle, which includes planning, defining scope, design, execution, and delivery.

• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the execution of projects.

• Lead the implementation of business-centric processes and projects.

• Monitor progress against objectives, milestones, and performance indicators; deliver regular status reports.

• Identify, manage, and escalate project risks and issues as necessary.

• Collaborate with business partners and technology providers on project implementation plans.

• Partner with Learning and Development to create training plans and facilitate delivery to enhance adoption.

• Assess adoption rates and modify processes and procedures as required.

• Propel existing and new platform capabilities into the business environment.

• Ensure adherence to banking regulations, internal controls, and risk management standards.

• Manage change, communication, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

• Continuously enhance project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited four-year institution.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in project management or related fields.

• Ability to communicate effectively (both verbally and in writing) at every level of the organization.

• Manage vendor timelines and deliverables efficiently.

• Strong grasp of change management principles.

• Demonstrated ability to make informed decisions with limited information.

• Excellent analytical capabilities.

• Established knowledge of both traditional and agile project management methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal skills and resourcefulness.

• Proven track record of completing projects according to defined outline, scope, budget, and timeline.

• Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while balancing competing priorities.

• High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity.

• Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience in the financial services sector is a plus.

• Proficient in using personal computers, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Mail, and Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Project Management Software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, etc.) is an advantage.

• Certification as a Project Manager is preferred.
