This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of large-scale, platform SaaS implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
• Strategically plan and allocate project resources, track progress, and keep all stakeholders updated throughout the engagement.
• Serve as the primary liaison during the software implementation process, establishing the tone and rhythm of communications.
• Create and outline comprehensive project plans and artifacts, which include charters, schedules, RAID logs, and communication strategies.
• Guarantee that project milestones, budgets, training requirements, and both business and technical needs are fulfilled within the established timeline and budget.
• Anticipate, identify, and manage project issues and risks proactively.
• Prepare weekly status updates for executives and facilitate weekly review meetings with customers.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, including those who may be challenging or have high demands.
• Advocate for the client by prioritizing and escalating issues while safeguarding the scope, timeline, and resources.
• Assess when to escalate issues versus resolving them independently and take ownership of decision outcomes.
• Collaborate across functions on software enhancements, troubleshooting, and implementation modifications.
• Assist with system configuration and demonstrate the final system setup.
• Work with Sales and Account Management to address changes to the original Scope of Work.
• Provide training and technical support to end-users during the implementation phase.
• Ensure effective transfer of training information to the operational environment.
• Execute other assigned duties as necessary.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, showcasing demonstrated ownership of complete project outcomes.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities, with proficiency in developing and maintaining formal project artifacts (schedules, RAID logs, status reports, communication plans).
• Exceptional customer-facing and internal communication skills, with a proven history of effectively managing demanding or challenging stakeholders.
• Superior written and verbal communication capabilities.
• Robust organizational skills, including keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proven capacity to make critical decisions under pressure and take responsibility for the results.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic judgment — able to assess the overall health and direction of the engagement, not just immediate tasks.
• Proficient knowledge of the Atlassian suite, particularly Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Jira Plans (Advanced Roadmaps), and Confluence.
• Ability to lead project teams of varying sizes and guide them to successful completion.
• Strong understanding of established project management methodologies.
• Capable of completing projects within deadlines.
• Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications.
• Experience in budget management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Experience with Relational Database Management Systems is preferred.
• Background in the Human Services Industry is preferred.
• Experience managing government contracts is preferred.
• Knowledge of AI tools (Rovo, Claude, CoPilot, etc.) is preferred.
• Must be eligible to work without employment visa sponsorship or STEM OPT work authorization.
• Fully remote work environment.
