This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide independent support to project managers and the Project Management Office (PMO) in daily operations.
• Prepare, coordinate, facilitate, and independently lead working sessions, status meetings, and client meetings.
• Diligently follow up and escalate unresolved issues and actions within projects.
• Assume deputy project management responsibilities and, when necessary, take on project management roles.
• Ensure quality assurance and reporting across various projects.
• Extract necessary management actions based on project KPIs.
• Lead quality management (QM) meetings in collaboration with project managers.
• Enhance PMO processes, methodologies, and templates, ensuring adherence to them.
• Participate in the training of new consultants in project management practices.
• Organize and facilitate onboarding sessions, training programs, and workshops.
• Proficiency in the German language at a minimum of C1 level.
• Skilled in the use of MS Office and Microsoft 365 applications.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience within a project environment.
• Extensive experience in PMO or project management roles.
• Familiarity with widely-used project management methodologies and tools.
• Ideally certified by IPMA, PMP, or in an agile methodology.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking abilities.
• Basic understanding of project costing principles.
• Experience in risk management and quality gates.
• Confident presence in complex organizational structures with clear and reliable communication skills.
• Interest in and enthusiasm for AI tools such as Copilot and Claude.
• Industry knowledge in residential real estate or experience in an SAP environment is advantageous.
• A diligent, careful, and structured approach to work.
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and independently identify areas needing attention.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a confident approach to escalations.
