Senior Project Management Manager – Install & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee construction, building, and commissioning activities at client sites.

• Manage site mobilization, civil works, erection, and commissioning processes.

• Supervise installation and construction operations, either directly or indirectly.

• Administer subcontractors with specialized technical expertise.

• Cultivate specialized knowledge and act as a resource for best practices and quality standards.

• Contribute to the formulation of strategies and policies while ensuring effective delivery within the assigned area.

• Analyze data and leverage technical expertise to bolster recommendations.

• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Serve as a resource for less experienced team members.

• Lead small projects that carry moderate risks and resource requirements.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and build consensus among stakeholders.

• Influence peers on relevant topics within the industry.

• Coordinate and implement site mobilization, civil works, erection, commissioning, and construction activities at customer locations.

• Oversee actions within the defined scope of work.

• Assist in prioritization efforts and enhance team quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of Installation experience.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

• Proven capability to analyze and resolve issues effectively.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs and projects successfully.

• Competence in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Established skills in project management.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally for extended assignments.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as required.
