Senior Project Management Manager 3 – Install & Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee construction, building, and commissioning tasks at customer locations.

• Direct work from site mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning phases.

• Supervise installation and construction activities, including civil, erection, and mechanical/electrical installations.

• Lead team members directly or indirectly and manage subcontractor relationships.

• Cultivate specialized knowledge and act as a best-practice/quality resource.

• Contribute to the development of strategies and policies, ensuring successful delivery within the scope of responsibility.

• Analyze data to support recommendations drawing from technical experience and expertise.

• Make decisions and resolve moderately complex issues related to operations, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering.

• Serve as a resource for less-experienced team members.

• Manage small projects that involve moderate risks and resource requirements.

• Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and facilitate consensus building.

• Coordinate and implement site mobilization, civil works, erection activities, and commissioning efforts.

• Ensure activities remain within defined scopes while influencing approaches, projects, and programs.

• Enhance team quality, efficiency, and overall effectiveness.

• Provide insights into work prioritization while adhering to professional practices and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited institution, or a high school diploma/GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in Installation.

• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal and leadership capabilities.

• Proficient in analyzing and resolving issues.

• Capable of leading programs and projects.

• Skilled in documenting, planning, marketing, and executing programs.

• Proven project management skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to travel globally for extended assignments.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, as required.
