This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Design and execute business operation strategies that align with client goals and organizational priorities.
• Oversee operational planning, execution, governance, and performance management efforts across the retail portfolio.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to uncover opportunities for process enhancement and operational improvements.
• Create reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance metrics to aid in business decision-making.
• Foster accountability and uniformity through standardized processes, procedures, and operational controls.
• Encourage teamwork among Real Estate, Finance, Procurement, Insights, and Project Management teams.
• Recognize operational risks and formulate mitigation strategies to protect business objectives and client deliverables.
• spearhead high-impact projects and business transformation initiatives from inception to execution.
• Guide and nurture operational leaders while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in business development efforts and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 12-15 years of pertinent experience.
• Consideration will be given to a combination of experience and education in place of a degree.
• Proven track record in leading business operations, strategic initiatives, or enterprise-level programs.
• In-depth knowledge of operational governance, business process enhancement, and organizational effectiveness.
• Capability to analyze intricate business and financial data to support strategic decision-making.
• Established leadership experience in matrixed, cross-functional settings.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in developing operational reporting, metrics, and strategies for performance improvement.
• Proficiency in influencing organizational change and promoting the adoption of business initiatives.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications.
• Preferred certifications include PMP, LEED AP, CCM, or similar.
