This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead cross-functional project teams in the design and execution of operational process modifications.
• Convert business policies and requirements into organized, step-by-step decision-making tools for frontline teams.
• Construct, configure, and test decision-making tools on a low-code/no-code platform, incorporating conditional logic, modules, and test cases.
• Support tools throughout the complete development lifecycle: building, quality testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with technical teams to define and request new system components.
• Collect stakeholder requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
• Create metrics and measurement systems to monitor process performance and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
• Gather and analyze data to uncover root causes of operational challenges.
• Investigate and implement industry best practices while leading implementation initiatives.
• Develop cost/benefit analyses and business cases for suggested improvements.
• Present opportunities and progress updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Map and assess existing processes while designing functional workflows.
• Utilize Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate process risks.
• Over 5 years of post-graduate experience in operations.
• Background in technical or engineering-related fields; industrial engineering, technical business analysis, or manufacturing operations are highly preferred.
• Proven experience in building or utilizing decision-making tools and translating policies or business logic into organized, step-by-step workflows.
• Ability to navigate through a technical build/test/deploy cycle, even without formal software engineering experience.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management, including gathering business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
• General experience in business process improvement using Lean Six Sigma or a similar methodology.
• Intermediate skills in Excel and analytics.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous and rapidly changing problem environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred, although equivalent hands-on experience is acceptable.
• Previous experience in customer service or contact center operations is preferred; experience from other industries is also valued.
• Prior experience with low-code/no-code tooling platforms is preferred.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Opportunity to travel occasionally for in-person project tasks (up to 20%).
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday).
• W2 contract engagement through Maleda Tech.
