This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.
• Collaborate with the Americas Leadership Team to establish, prioritize, and promote initiatives aimed at enhancing hotel performance, guest satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.
• Convert strategic objectives into project charters, success metrics, operational rhythms, decision-making frameworks, and execution plans.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams by recognizing risks, dependencies, obstacles, and solutions.
• Examine operational, guest experience, adoption, and project performance data.
• Create executive-ready documents, business cases, strategic narratives, project updates, and decision-support tools.
• Act as a strategic ally to Americas leaders within a matrixed organization.
• Advocate for hotel operations by ensuring that enterprise projects are practical, actionable, and informed by feedback at the property level.
• Oversee planning, execution, and performance management for high-priority projects across the Americas.
• Assist in Customer Promise planning, performance management, communication, training, adoption, accountability, and the sharing of best practices.
• Facilitate the Americas Managed Property Management System Migration through readiness strategies, communication planning, issue/action management, risk identification, and post-migration stabilization.
• Influence AI On-Property enablement through hotel-focused strategies, resources, training materials, use cases, and support for adoption.
• A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience.
• At least four (4) years of hospitality operations experience with one or more Hilton brands.
• On-property hotel experience at the Manager level or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Preferred: BA/BS Bachelor's degree.
• Proven experience in leading strategic initiatives and managing relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Proficiency in data storytelling to effectively convey insights, implications, and recommended actions to leadership audiences.
• Familiarity with Hilton's Property Management Platforms (OnQ or PEP).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Co-Pilot.
