Senior Project Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of Connected Factory projects across various manufacturing locations by monitoring milestones, deliverables, actions, and overall project status.

• Create, maintain, and evaluate Microsoft Project schedules, encompassing milestones, task dependencies, timelines, and status updates.

• Collaborate with Project Managers and site teams to assess deployment readiness, recognize project obstacles, and oversee corrective actions until resolution.

• Develop and sustain Power BI dashboards and reports that reflect project performance, milestones, risks, and essential metrics.

• Monitor risks, actions, issues, and dependencies through RAID logs and PMO tools.

• Elevate critical matters and provide precise recommendations.

• Examine project data to uncover trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities that impact execution or milestones.

• Create executive-level presentations, status reports, and communications.

• Assist in project governance tasks, including daily and weekly project routines, leadership reviews, action tracking, and documentation.

• Work in conjunction with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Program Management, and other functional teams.

• Employ Microsoft Project, Power BI, Planview, Microsoft Office, and other project management tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 2 years of relevant prior experience, or an advanced degree in a related discipline.

• Proven professional or educational experience in communicating effectively in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory.

• Experience in supporting manufacturing transformation, digital manufacturing, or Connected Factory initiatives.

• Proficiency in managing project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.

• Familiarity with RAID logs, PMO processes, project governance, or project controls.

• Experience in creating dashboards, executive reports, and data-driven presentations using Power BI or similar platforms.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Program Management.

• Knowledge of manufacturing environments and operational transformation initiatives.

• Strong business acumen with the capability to identify project risks, analyze trends, and propose actionable recommendations.
