Senior Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain online surveys while creating dashboards and reporting within Qualtrics.

• Write and execute SQL queries for data processing, reporting, and program requirements.

• Establish and oversee API connections, data integrations, and automation processes.

• Accurately process and load sample files provided by clients.

• Review specification documents, clarify complex requirements, and recommend enhancements.

• Implement project plans, including intricate tasks, while adhering to deadlines.

• Test, debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues within existing programs and system functionalities.

• Escalate significant issues and submit support tickets as necessary.

• Manage ongoing platform maintenance tasks.

• Assist in the development of QBR reports and conduct ad hoc analyses by preparing data.

• Engage in client communications and meetings, potentially leading work streams.

• Convey technical concepts to non-technical clients and internal stakeholders effectively.

• Monitor hours worked, comprehend task scope, and proactively identify issues.

• Contribute to the delivery of comprehensive CX programs for major clients alongside a Technical Manager and Director.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in survey programming, platform configuration, IT, or a technical role within market research or CX.

• Practical technical expertise with Qualtrics, including survey programming and dashboard configuration.

• Background in IT or programming, with proficiency in technical language and cross-system collaboration.

• Working knowledge of SQL.

• Experience with or a strong interest in APIs, integrations, and automation.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Capability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences.

• Keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
