Senior Programmer Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, debug, implement, and document programs of moderate complexity.

• Analyze, design, and create specifications and requirements for software development.

• Assess current systems and applications.

• Collaborate with the project manager to assign tasks and work closely with the team.

• Act as a liaison between clients and management, providing technical consulting on intricate programming projects.

• Verify program requirements and address any issues that arise.

• Create test plans and participate in quality assurance activities, including code reviews.

• Engage as a member of a development team.

• Lead a small team of developers when necessary.

• Design system components and assign responsibilities to team members.

• Create healthcare administration products utilized by millions of patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fundamental understanding of RDBMS databases, SQL, Linux, and Oracle.

• Basic knowledge of testing tools and test scripting.

• Experience with integrated development environments, such as Visual Studio or Visual Code.

• Basic comprehension of modern software configuration management (SCM) and software design and development methodologies, including object-oriented design.

• Experience in designing and implementing solution components.

• Proficiency in creating solutions.

• Capability to provide resource estimates for tasks and projects.

• Experience using AI in limited roles.

• Willingness to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras must be utilized during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
