This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Develop and oversee scheduling for extensive construction programs.
• Implement optimal practices and communicate trends both internally and externally.
• Generate and assess project schedules utilizing Primavera P6 and Tableau for a portfolio of projects.
• Evaluate engineering, procurement, and construction schedule logic.
• Create, manage, and supervise schedules using the critical path method.
• Collaborate with project managers and construction firms to uphold schedule integrity.
• Produce one-, three-, and six-month look-ahead reports from P6.
• Generate logic-driven conceptual schedules from project inception through to closeout.
• Identify significant project phases, dependencies, and schedule risks.
• Develop comprehensive master schedules employing rolling wave planning at L2–3 detail.
• Create detailed construction schedules that incorporate subcontractor commitments at L4–5 detail.
• Update schedules in accordance with the program calendar and standardized planning principles.
• Resource-load schedules and create management overviews of over- and underutilization.
• Identify and monitor movement to key float paths.
• Track quantities using S-curves.
• Regularly collaborate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare and revise monthly progress reports.
• Monitor and communicate potential issues that could hinder the schedule.
• Comply with applicable SOX control responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• AACE certification in planning/scheduling is preferred.
• Previous experience in developing a complex master schedule.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and contracting processes.
• Proficient in converting data into Tableau reports and visualizations.
• Strong communication skills.
• Preferred experience in supporting construction and capital projects within data centers, critical infrastructure, aviation, life sciences, or energy and natural resources.
• Exposure to complex projects, stakeholder management, and multidisciplinary teams is preferred.
• Experience with Primavera P6 and Tableau.
• Knowledge of critical path method, schedule logic, resource loading, S-curves, and rolling wave planning.
