Senior Program Manager, PDS Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee and govern a portfolio of simultaneous projects across North, Central, and South America at the program level.

• Create and implement portfolio strategies, standardized procedures, and reporting tools, which encompass capital planning and management.

• Advocate for JLL’s technology suite, including Ingenious.Build and AI-enhanced platforms like JLL Azara.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing relationships, cross-functional collaborations, and conflict resolution.

• Supervise portfolio performance, risk management, and project delivery throughout the real estate lifecycle, from site selection and design to project closeout.

• Lead, mentor, supervise, and evaluate project managers across a national and multi-country platform.

• Manage the performance of contracted vendors and consultants, addressing liability and risk issues.

• Coordinate project management/construction management delivery teams across various countries and time zones.

• Oversee comprehensive reporting on schedules, budgets, forecasts, cash flow, risks, and opportunities.

• Review procurement and financial activities, which include RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, contracts, budgets, and cost analysis.

• Manage budgeting, scheduling, submittals, and change orders for the entire portfolio.

• Monitor compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards while maintaining project documentation in Ingenious.Build, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.

• Communicate with executive-level stakeholders and clients, identifying opportunities for service expansion.

• Provide occasional support for EMEA and APAC needs.

• Collaborate with various JLL service lines, including Integrated Facilities Management, Transactions Management, Occupancy Planning, Lease Administration, Center of Excellence, and Finance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or a related engineering discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in real estate, project management, or program management.

• Preferred PMP, LEED AP certification, or an equivalent project management credential.

• Demonstrated experience in providing program-level oversight and governance for concurrent projects executed by in-country variable PM/CM resources across multiple countries in the Americas.

• In-depth knowledge of the real estate development lifecycle, including approval processes, regulations, procurement, and contract management.

• Proficient understanding of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, and scheduling for corporate real estate.

• Proven experience managing delivery teams across different countries and time zones.

• Experience in supervising, training, mentoring, and evaluating project managers.

• Background in managing construction projects, including budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders, and cost/benefit analysis.

• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings and concepts related to furniture and space planning.

• Experience collaborating with landlords, developers, and institutional owners; understanding capital plan creation and management.

• Familiarity with health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements for capital projects.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, and data analysis skills.

• Technologically savvy, with the capability to adopt and promote Ingenious.Build and JLL Azara.

• Experience working within or alongside a PMO and/or Center of Excellence structure.

• An advanced degree in a relevant field is preferred.

• Project management certifications are a plus.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
