Senior Program Manager – Data Center Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to ensure project compliance

• Evaluate, monitor, and manage essential milestone activities to prevent schedule delays

• Confirm the effectiveness of project governance, processes, and systems

• Implement best practices across various projects

• Generate formal project status updates and any other necessary reports

• Supervise multiple construction projects concurrently, ensuring adherence to approved design standards

• Manage supplier interactions through monthly tracking and weekly reviews

• Facilitate project information dissemination via regular meetings and written communications

• Anticipate and update essential project milestones

• Oversee and monitor local design teams in line with commission criteria

• Offer technical support to owners, architects, general contractors, and regional stakeholders

• Quickly respond to field RFIs

• Provide guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability

• Conduct independent reviews of status reports, drawing submissions, timelines, and expenses

• Assist in client relationship management and the pursuit of new opportunities

• Advise project teams on strategies to meet client and business goals

• Document key project information and lessons learned

• Identify enhancements to internal systems and processes

• Comply with relevant SOX control responsibilities

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience

• At least 5–7 years of pertinent project management experience

• Strong organizational and leadership abilities

• Capability to work efficiently and collaboratively with the wider team

• Proficient presentation skills

• Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and other construction project management tools

• Exceptional communication abilities
