This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Lead and implement enterprise employee recognition initiatives.

• Supervise the design, execution, administration, and ongoing enhancement of recognition programs.

• Manage initiatives along with vendor and technology partnerships, stakeholder engagement, communications, and program assessment.

• Provide project management and operational support for employee engagement projects.

• Identify areas for increasing efficiency, enhancing service levels, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

• Develop strategies for improvement opportunities, organizational prioritization, and alignment of resources.

• Manage projects throughout their entire life cycle, including requirements gathering, project plans, schedules, resources, budgets, execution, deployment, and closure.

• Utilize corporate and industry-standard project management tools and methodologies.

• Maintain project documentation, action items, issue logs, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Communicate project progress to stakeholders via executive summaries and presentations.

• Negotiate with stakeholders to secure resources, address issues, and mitigate risks.

• Lead cross-functional meetings.

• Provide both functional and technical expertise regarding program requirements and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in project implementation, product, or program management.

• Strong preference for experience with HR technology, vendor management, data analysis, and change management within the Healthcare Industry.

• Master’s degree is preferred.
