Senior Program Manager – B2B Center Operations

📋 Description

• Lead strategic growth initiatives and assist in operational planning for Champions, a division of KinderCare Learning Companies.

• Act as a strategic intermediary between business leadership and cross-functional partners.

• Create and implement operational strategies aimed at boosting enrollment growth, optimizing revenue, and retaining families and clients.

• Aid field leaders in planning, prioritizing, executing, and adopting seasonal and strategic initiatives.

• Organize and facilitate cross-functional working sessions.

• Promote decision-making, alignment, and accountability regarding key business objectives.

• Leverage data, analytics, and business insights to assess business performance, enrollment trends, family and client experiences, and operational effectiveness.

• Offer recommendations to enhance business outcomes.

• Develop and oversee detailed project plans utilizing project management tools and methodologies.

• Monitor progress, manage risks, coordinate resources, and drive cross-functional implementation.

• Assist in the creation and execution of business standards, operating procedures, and process enhancements.

• Propel continuous improvement to streamline operations, enhance field support, improve outcomes for families and clients, and boost organizational effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in operations, business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or similar fields.

• More than 2 years of experience managing cross-functional business initiatives with measurable operational or financial impact.

• Proven experience in supporting business growth and operational planning in complex, multi-unit environments.

• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business recommendations.

• Proven ability to lead through influence and collaborate across various levels of leadership and functions.

• Strategic and critical thinking skills to balance long-term goals with day-to-day execution.
