Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead enablement initiatives, programs, courses, and various offerings within Technical and Sales Enablement.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, practices, and leaders to collect, validate, and mold expertise into enablement content.

• Develop content personally when acting as the subject matter expert.

• Create enablement packages and delivery formats, which include workshops, eLearning, blended formats, and multi-session programs.

• Manage logistics, scheduling, and delivery of enablement sessions and programs.

• Collect participant feedback and perform after-action reviews to promote continuous improvement.

• Co-facilitate and independently deliver Development and Leadership Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and project approach/engagement guide sessions.

• Ensure alignment of initiatives with Enterprise Enablement and organizational strategic goals.

• Identify and address risks related to timelines, SME availability, and content deficiencies.

• Prepare and present regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities to repurpose existing enablement content.

• Implement change management principles to foster the adoption of new programs.

• Contribute to internal projects that establish frameworks for Presidio practices, teams, and Enterprise Enablement.

• Track and report on initiative engagement and effectiveness.

• Organize, tag, and maintain enablement content within the LMS and CMS.

• Stay updated on enablement trends, learning technologies, and best practices in facilitation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military background.

• A total of 7–10 years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development, covering both technical and sales enablement contexts.

• Proven experience in leading enablement initiatives from start to finish.

• Proficient in designing enablement packages and delivery formats for diverse audiences and objectives.

• Experience in collecting feedback and executing after-action reviews (AARs).

• Strong program/project management skills with the capability to handle multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Comfortable creating content directly as a subject matter expert and collaborating with SMEs to refine content.

• Ability to prioritize competing enablement requests against limited team capacity.

• Capability to transform ambiguous business requests into clearly defined initiatives with established success criteria.

• Proficient in influencing stakeholders and subject matter experts without formal authority.

• Skilled in building cross-functional relationships among technical and sales stakeholders.

• Ability to condense program outcomes into succinct leadership updates.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficient in coordinating and communicating across distributed, cross-time-zone global teams.

• Comfortable joining a newly formed team while structure and processes are being developed.

• AI-forward working style; actively utilizes AI tools in daily tasks.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.

• Familiarity with Brainshark, Bigtincan, Showpad, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with project-tracking tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience supporting technical/engineering and sales audiences.

• Facilitation or train-the-trainer experience.

• Experience with LMS, CMS, e-learning, or microlearning platforms.
