Senior Professional Services Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Serve as a reliable advocate for customers by providing solutions with a Customer First, Always approach.

• Collaborate with customers and certified partners to design, implement, and operationalize Illumio’s Zero Trust Segmentation platform.

• Assist customers in achieving value and expedite their time to value.

• Mitigate implementation risks and share knowledge effectively.

• Establish a solid operational foundation for customers’ long-term success.

• Deliver quantifiable business outcomes and enhance customers’ Zero Trust strategy maturity.

• Work in conjunction with Customer Success, Support, Product Engineering, Sales, and the partner ecosystem.

• Effectively support local customers and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Comprehensive knowledge and practical application of principles, practices, and methodologies within Professional Services or a related technical field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as a self-starter and seek guidance for new or higher-risk projects.

• Experience in customer-facing deployments, implementations, or technical engagements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Disciplined and results-oriented approach to delivering outcomes within set timelines.

• Solid understanding of networking and network security concepts.

• Working knowledge of Linux systems and environments.

• Experience with security, cloud, or enterprise infrastructure technologies is advantageous.

• Previous experience in post-sales, consulting, or customer success environments is a plus.
