This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target region, achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as required by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) and execute marketing plans.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company’s products and collaborate with pharmacovigilance to gather information when necessary.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in ophthalmology, biologics, or specialty drugs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in foreign enterprises.
• Excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills are essential.
• Good communication and language expression abilities are required.
• A passion for the job, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to handle work pressure are necessary.
