Senior Production Designer - Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Refine and structure design files, modifying existing designs into templates suitable for various viewport sizes.

• Generate a high volume of digital assets, such as banners, emails, and landing pages.

• Ensure design files are meticulously crafted, with appropriately linked assets, well-organized layers and groups, and consistent naming conventions.

• Revise existing designs in accordance with established creative direction, including updates to icons, glyphs, text, and image substitutions.

• Develop clear design specifications and documentation to convey design intention to other teams.

• Adhere to design systems and technical requirements across diverse projects and deliverables.

• Collaborate effectively with designers, art directors, developers, and production teams.

• Stay updated with design tools, technologies, and workflows while continuously enhancing technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Figma and/or Sketch, with substantial experience working with extensive component libraries.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital production work, including banners, emails, and landing pages across various viewport sizes.

• Comprehensive understanding of design systems, component-based workflows, and technical design specifications.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot visual discrepancies.

• Capability to manage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining a steady production pace.

• Proactive communication skills with experience collaborating within large, cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work autonomously, adhere to established creative direction, and produce high-quality work with minimal oversight.

• Based in Latin America.

• Advanced proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work in the Pacific Time (PST) time zone.

• Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.

• Experience with responsive website design and development workflows, including live text behavior, is a plus.

• Familiarity with WordPress or Wix is a plus.

• Experience collaborating with developers and QA teams is a plus.

• Familiarity with Jira is a plus.

• Ability to create clear and concise technical instructions and production documentation is a plus.

• Confidence in presenting work to internal design teams and clients is a plus.

• Experience handling tight deadlines and shifting priorities is a plus.

• Ability to work with placeholder (FPO) assets in HTML production workflows is a plus.

• Adaptability to evolving software requirements and the ability to learn independently through technical documentation is a plus.
