Senior Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee design deliverables for key accounts within the organization, managing the creative excellence of projects from initial concept through to final design execution.

• Establish yourself as the primary expert on specific brands and intellectual properties, utilizing brand guidelines while advancing creative work when suitable.

• Uphold high standards for design craftsmanship, including typography, layout, and composition; evaluate and enhance team outputs.

• Collaborate with project managers to define design needs, estimate timelines, and allocate resources effectively.

• Ensure that all work aligns with specified requirements and deliverables while maintaining quality, even under tight deadlines.

• Serve as the senior design contact for the Manila team, offering creative guidance, feedback, and mentorship.

• Assist in establishing consistent processes between the Manila and London studios.

• Mentor junior and mid-level designers in both Manila and London.

• Present and advocate for creative work to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Participate in pitch efforts and new business initiatives as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the digital and gaming industries, accompanied by a strong portfolio showcasing brand, campaign, and digital work.

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

• Solid working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro.

• Demonstrated experience in leading comprehensive motion delivery processes, including concept development, storyboarding, style framing, and guiding others through these stages.

• A user-centered design philosophy, evidenced by thoughtful consideration of accessibility, platforms, and contextual storytelling.

• Experience in mentoring designers and providing constructive, actionable creative feedback, including for remote or offshore teams.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with confidence in engaging with clients.

• Self-driven and exceptionally organized, with a keen attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability for meeting deadlines.

• Positive and dedicated, exhibiting a proactive attitude and a composed, adaptable approach to complex challenges.
