Senior Production Designer – Advertising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Streamline and structure design files by transforming existing designs into templates suitable for various viewport sizes.

• Generate a high volume of digital assets, such as banners, emails, and landing pages.

• Ensure design files are meticulously crafted, featuring correctly linked assets, well-organized layers and groups, and uniform file naming conventions.

• Revise existing designs in line with set creative direction, including updates to icons, glyphs, copy, and images.

• Develop design specifications and documentation to effectively convey design intentions.

• Adhere to design systems and technical requirements across a range of projects and deliverables.

• Collaborate with designers, art directors, developers, and production teams.

• Keep abreast of design tools, technologies, and workflows while enhancing technical skills.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced expertise in Figma and/or Sketch, with experience in managing extensive component libraries.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates digital production capabilities, including banners, emails, and landing pages across various viewport sizes.

• Deep understanding of design systems, component-based workflows, and technical design specifications.

• Exceptional attention to detail with a keen eye for identifying visual discrepancies.

• Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a steady production rhythm.

• Proactive communication skills and experience working collaboratively within large, cross-functional teams.

• Capability to work independently, adhere to established creative direction, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.

• Must be based in Latin America.

• Advanced proficiency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Availability to work in the Pacific Time (PST) time zone.
