This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +4 more states.
• Assess customer requirements, market dynamics, unmet demands, and tasks to be accomplished.
• Collect and evaluate customer input.
• Collaborate with product teams across Evernorth to develop integrated solutions.
• Work across various functions to investigate and facilitate new product ideas.
• Define and quantify opportunities while creating business justifications.
• Clearly communicate strategy and pinpoint monetization strategies.
• Assess the viability of product offerings.
• Assist with market analysis, pricing strategies, business and technology specifications, benefit/plan architecture, care management/service models, and product marketing.
• Utilize reporting tools and the Analyst tool to gather and evaluate formularies, drug lists, clinical details, and financial models.
• Examine claims usage and volume, including profitability, trends, indications, drug-level market share, channel management, patient behavior, benchmarking, and KPIs.
• Transform data into actionable insights, identify solution deficiencies, design product features, and develop concepts and prototypes.
• Generate visual representations using graphs, charts, reports, and other instruments.
• Oversee projects to ensure milestones are met and solutions are delivered on time.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in the healthcare or PBM sector.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• An advanced degree or MBA is preferred.
• Experience in supply chain management, product development, strategic planning, program management, and regulated markets (Medicare / Medicaid).
• Familiarity with PBM technology systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capability to work collaboratively across functions and exert influence without direct authority.
• Skill in deconstructing complex issues into manageable components.
• Proficient in analyzing data and driving initiatives to enhance value.
• Comfortable operating in uncertain or novel environments.
• A structured methodology for diagnosing issues, analyzing options, recommending, and implementing solutions.
• For permanent or occasional remote work, a cable broadband or fiber optic internet connection with at least 10Mbps download and 5Mbps upload speed is required.
• Must be eligible to work in one of the states listed: Missouri, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, or Tennessee.
