Senior Product Specialist / Product Security Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Analyze and evaluate security requirements derived from diverse standards, frameworks, and regulations.

• Design and establish a centralized Security Controls Catalog.

• Align and harmonize security controls across NIST, IEC 62443, AI Security, and other frameworks.

• Identify the most rigorous requirements and convert them into a unified set of security controls.

• Ensure complete traceability between source requirements and catalog controls.

• Collaborate with experts and teams in Product Security, Architecture, and Compliance.

• Develop processes for managing, maintaining, and updating the catalog.

• Facilitate process automation by developing mapping and reporting solutions, such as using Excel VBA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in analyzing and defining security controls.

• Familiarity with NIST 800-53 and IEC 62443.

• Expertise in Security Requirements Engineering.

• Competence in Security Controls Mapping / Framework Mapping.

• Knowledge of Security Compliance / Regulatory Compliance.

• Ability to analyze and synchronize security requirements from various sources.

• Experience in creating documentation and requirement catalogs.

• Proficient in English (C1).

• Capable of working independently and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Polish and English at the C1 level is a must.

• Nice to have: Knowledge in AI Security.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with NIST AI RMF.

• Nice to have: Understanding of the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA).

• Nice to have: Experience in Medical Device Security.

• Nice to have: Background in Product Security Governance.

• Nice to have: Experience with Traceability Management.

• Nice to have: Skills in Technical Writing.
