This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Implement brand strategies and tactics in the field while managing sales performance, assigned territory, and targeted accounts.
• Cultivate robust customer relationships and address customer needs to enhance both short- and long-term sales performance.
• Achieve sales performance, brand KPIs, financial goals, and marketing objectives.
• Develop pre-call strategies utilizing SMART objectives and conduct evaluations post-call.
• Address objections, concerns, and misunderstandings to drive calls to action for closing sales calls.
• Meet customer expectations and build trusted relationships with clients.
• Formulate and implement call plans to meet call metrics and optimize coverage and frequency for key customers.
• Acquire knowledge regarding customer needs, the territory's market landscape, competitors, market segments, accounts, diseases, products, clinical information, and sales expertise.
• Share market insights with in-field teams, brand management, and sales management.
• Clearly articulate AbbVie’s value proposition to assigned health providers.
• Identify, nurture, and maintain relationships with disease-state experts and speakers/advocates.
• Adhere to AbbVie’s business code of conduct, policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry.
• A minimum of 2–5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Current or recent field sales experience in Oncology and/or Hematology is mandatory.
• Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Strong scientific understanding of Oncology/Hematology disease areas and treatment pathways.
• Experience in engaging with oncologists, hematologists, pharmacists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Proficient in both English and Arabic.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Experience in launching innovative Oncology/Hematology therapies is preferred.
• Background in biologics, immunotherapy, bispecific antibodies, ADCs, targeted therapies, or cutting-edge hematologic malignancy therapies is preferred.
• Familiarity with strategic account management and KOL engagement is preferred.
• Previous experience in companion diagnostics is preferred.
• Understanding of market access, reimbursement pathways, and institutional business in Egypt is preferred.
• Knowledge of innovative access models, PHI, and NGOs is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and business planning capabilities are preferred.
• Experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment is preferred.
